cleanup_legacy_prole_kong() only checked for the prole-svc-kong deployment and service, so the early-return guard fired after those were already deleted, leaving svc-prole-ingress in place. On re-runs this Traefik ingress blocked the duplicate-host check and prevented Kong from deploying. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
