Consolidates the GCP cluster configuration TUI (formerly etc/config.py) into knoe/config.py as a __main__ entrypoint, resolving the naming collision with the root-level installer utilities module. Adds config.sh as a thin shell launcher at the project root. Also excludes .claude/ worktree directories from git and IDE indexing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
