chrisfu f706c6ad9e k3s: Fix networking-related hangs on Retropie by using async network restart 
- Split monolithic networking task into safer, discrete tasks

- Corrected connman blacklist: removed lo and wildcards, added cleanup logic

- Implemented async connman restart with wait_for_connection to prevent SSH hangs

- Improved routing fix with better checks and observability
